Shipping Policy

At RUNNTEK, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. We offer the following shipping options to customers within the United States:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, your items will be shipped out promptly. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can track the status of your delivery.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your RUNNTEK gear, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return Your Items

  1. Email us at support@runntek.com or contact our customer service team with your order details.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending back your items.

  3. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We will gladly issue a refund once we've received your returned item.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return. The original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
